Abstract
When several contracts are concluded together in order to achieve a single general goal, they actually form a contractual set. Therefore, it must be logically accepted that the implementation of each of them affects the life of other contracts. However, such an argument seems illogical and in practice creates numerous problems in terms of insecurity. But on the other hand, no legal establishment is able to determine the legal system of such contracts and create a dynamic legal relationship between them. The new legal phenomenon demands a new naming requirement. Therefore, the perspective of contractual connection and dependence seems appropriate. This concept emphasizes the connection between contracts and does not include the exchange and substitution between contracts. This theory examines a new understanding of the direction and the creation of a subtle distinction between the effects of the relativity of contracts and the ability to invoke legal acts against others. In this study, using a descriptive-analytical method, I intend to examine the concept and effects of related contracts using modern French law and explain its position in Iranian law.
