"Depreciation" is one of the causes of subject change, along with "revolution and transfer". According to a common theory in Islamic jurisprudence and law, where alcohol is destroyed by mixing with another substance, many thinkers still consider the proof of punishment and for this purpose have cited some jurisprudential and legal documents. The upcoming research examines and criticizes the cited evidence with a descriptive-analytical method and in order to determine and recognize a solid rule for identifying the coordinates of the realization of the crime. According to the authors, the criterion for criminalization of the mentioned subject is the description of the description of intoxication (scar), and since depreciation causes its deterioration, therefore, considering the punishment as fixed, it will be doubtful. What rulings are issued on the basis of materials and corruptions, and with the decline of the corruption, that is, the description of the description of intoxication, the limit and sanctity also fall. The result of the research is that due to the incompleteness of the alleged evidence, as well as by benefiting from the data of chemical science, the description of the description of intoxication with depreciation is undoubtedly invalidated, and it is unjustified to consider it as a Shariah and legal punishment. Another proof is "Dara's rule" due to the existence of doubt in the assumption of the problem.
